Movie Description:
In an alternate future where the Korean peninsula is still a part of the Japanese empire, Sakamoto, a Japanese Bureau of Investigation (JBI) agent of Korean heritage and his Japanese partner try to solve a strange case where Pro-Korean nationalist "terrorists" attempt to steal a strange archaeological artifact. Initially Sakamoto is valuable to the case because of his ability to communicate with the terrorists. He is later removed from the case when he got too close to the truth and that his father had some previous involvement with the terrorist group. Sakamoto's desire to solve the mystery involves threatening the powerful Inoue Foundation and was put off the case. He knew he got too close to the case and was suspended for secretly investigating the Inoue Foundation without the Japanese Bureau of Investigation's to permission. It wasn't long that Sakamoto was attacked by an assassin and framed for murder to silence him. Sakamoto realized he's been setup and he made a daring escape going against his former colleagues. He ran and ended up with the underground Korean resistance group and later told him that the Japanese took an ancient crescent artifact that can open time portals to alter history. Both Sakamoto and his best friend found out that Japan's current rule over Korea is due tampering with the original time line to make a time paradox, that Berlin instead of Japan was the target for the atomic bomb back in 1945. After learning the incredible truth to the reasons behind the Inoue foundation and the resistance group, Sakamoto joined forces with the resistance group after they stormed their secret hideout and killed the majority of the resistance. Sakamoto and his former partner made it the same point in history where it was about to be altered and Sakamoto rectified the alteration at the price of his former best friend. Sakamoto would live his remaining days a century before he was born.
