Movie Description:
In the previous series, Seikai no Senki, Operation Phantom Flame ended in success as the Abh star forces broke the United Mankind's counter-offensive in a decisive battle at Aptic Gate. Having isolated the territories of their enemies as a result, they have started a new operation: Operation Hunter, the purpose of which is to gain control of these isolated territories.
Basroil, as part of the 4th fleet, was sent to the Lobnas II system on an escort mission. In order to establish Empire rule, Lafiel and Jinto are assigned to become Lord Proxy and Deputy Lord Proxy respectively in this newly captured territory. However, it turns out that Lobnas II is a prison planet holding a million prisoners, and the tension there is reaching the boiling point as a prison revolt threatens to break out.
